Jake’s journey is deeply rooted in his competitive sports background, particularly rugby, and shaped by the entrepreneurial mindset instilled by his family. After earning a degree in Psychology, he set his sights on exploring the world, broadening his horizons, and seeking opportunities to build a foundation for success and value.
With ambitious goals and high expectations, Jake embraced every opportunity that came his way. From teaching sports at summer camps and working on a farm during COVID to recruiting engineers, he gained diverse experiences but hadn’t yet found the right path to achieve his aspirations.
Entering the sales industry proved to be a turning point. Jake has since expanded his impact across two continents and four cities, leveraging his skills to grow both personally and professionally. Now, he is focused on fostering an environment where others can grow, develop, and achieve heights they once thought impossible.
Jake’s ultimate goal is to help individuals become the most valuable versions of themselves, springboarding their careers to excel in their respective industries. At the same time, he is committed to advancing his mission of expanding the company’s reach, bringing its clients to more major cities across America.
Kimora is living proof that where someone starts doesn’t have to define where they end up. Growing up in a small town and working as a server in a pub, her future seemed set—marked by hard work and the limited opportunities of small-town life. However, she knew there was more out there. Determined to create a different path, she packed up and moved to Miami to study business, hoping to open new doors. It wasn’t long before she realized that her true growth wasn’t happening in the classroom.
Taking a bold leap of faith, she dropped out of school and dove headfirst into the real world. Sales wasn’t something she had previously considered, but when she discovered Storm and the mentorship it offered, she knew she had found the guidance she needed. The journey wasn’t easy. Learning how to connect with people, overcome challenges, and build confidence was tough, especially without a strong support system back home. But Kimora was driven by a desire to break free from the life she once knew and to prove to herself that she could achieve more.
Her hard work paid off, and she earned a managerial role at the firm faster than she ever imagined. Today, Kimora remains focused on growth, staying hungry, and embracing whatever challenges come her way. She has learned that nothing is out of reach for those determined to break the mold and keep pushing forward.

Steven
Steven grew up in a household shaped by the entrepreneurial spirit of his successful Hispanic parents, who built their own business from the ground up. However, despite the comfort and security that came with that environment, he always aspired to carve his own path. Rather than relying on his family’s success, he was determined to prove that he could achieve something meaningful independently, without leveraging their connections or resources.
With that conviction, Steven made the bold decision to move to Miami and dive into the competitive world of sales. For him, college didn’t feel like the right fit. Instead, he prioritized honing his sales skills and finding a mentor who could guide him through the industry’s complexities. It was a significant risk, but one he believed was essential for building something truly his own.
Today, Steven stands as one of the top sales representatives and trainers at Storm, consistently pushing himself to grow and excel. His goal extends beyond personal success—it's about proving that greatness can be achieved on one’s own terms, without the safety net of comfort or established connections. Steven sees his current achievements as just the beginning, with his sights set on building a future entirely from the ground up.
Brandon
Brandon's journey began as a line cook, where he worked with little direction or long-term goals. Though he was getting by, he always felt a pull toward something greater—a healthier lifestyle, a better standard of living, and opportunities for growth. Seeking a role that would push him, he transitioned into managing merchandise for Miami's top sports teams at the Kaseya Center and Hard Rock Stadium. While the position brought a sense of responsibility, Brandon quickly realized it didn’t align with his long-term aspirations or true potential.
His search for meaningful change led him to Storm, where he found the challenge and opportunity he had been seeking. At Storm, Brandon is developing new skills and building a path toward the life he envisioned. He’s already achieving personal milestones that once seemed out of reach—buying a car outright, moving into his own apartment, and embarking on a complete physical transformation.
Brandon is now dedicated to becoming the best version of himself and is energized by the possibilities ahead. For him, this is more than just a job; it’s the start of a new chapter, and he’s ready to make the most of it.
Mary
Mary, originally from Key Largo, Florida, has always found her foundation in faith and family. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in August 2023 with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. However, upon completing her studies, Mary realized she lacked the sales skills needed to jumpstart her career. Seeking an opportunity to develop, learn, and grow professionally, she believes faith led her to Storm.
At Storm, Mary discovered more than just a job; she found an environment where she could build her sales skills from the ground up. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a growth-focused culture, she is gaining invaluable experience and pushing herself to improve daily. Beyond the training, she now sees incredible professional and financial opportunities ahead. This experience is teaching her not only how to succeed but also how to thrive, while opening doors to unlimited growth and earning potential.
Mary is deeply passionate about learning, development, and challenging herself to grow in every aspect of life. Alfie
Alfie, originally from London, England, began his journey as a Division 1 athlete when he moved to the U.S. on a soccer scholarship in 2018. Starting in Division 2 soccer in North Carolina and progressing to compete at the highest level in Nebraska, he continuously pushed himself both physically and mentally. However, a career-ending injury forced him to confront the reality that his professional soccer dreams were no longer possible.
With his athletic career behind him, Alfie sought a new challenge—something that would be as physically and mentally stimulating as sports while offering opportunities for personal and professional growth. This search led him to Storm.
What started as a pursuit of a dynamic and rewarding opportunity turned into much more. At Storm, Alfie found the mental and physical stimulation he craved, alongside the chance to develop his sales and personal skills. The fast-paced environment, coupled with exceptional mentorship and training, allowed him to thrive in unexpected ways.
Since joining, Alfie has leveraged the discipline, determination, and focus he cultivated as an athlete into his professional life. He is now on track to excel in sales and take on leadership responsibilities as he continues to grow and embrace new challenges.
The transition from athlete to professional has been a rewarding journey for Alfie, and he looks forward to the exciting opportunities and growth that lie ahead at Storm.
Holly
Holly, originally from England, always believed her greatest opportunities awaited in the United States. Her journey began with a basketball scholarship, leading her from Tampa to South Carolina, where she earned a degree in Sports Management. Eventually, she made her way to Miami, where she completed a Master’s in Business Marketing.
Miami not only offered Holly the bigger opportunities she was seeking but also provided an environment where she could grow and thrive within a dynamic company. The city’s vibrant energy and the fast-paced sales industry perfectly matched her ambition and drive.
Holly attributes her success to a sports mindset. The discipline, determination, and competitive edge she honed on the basketball court now fuel her professional career. Her focus extends beyond meeting targets; she is committed to continuous growth, learning, and pushing herself to achieve new milestones. With a clear goal of stepping into a leadership role, Holly is ready to put in the hard work to make it happen. Victor
Victor grew up with a relentless drive to achieve more—a drive fueled by a desire for growth, challenge, and meaningful impact. Unlike many of his peers, the traditional path of formal education didn’t resonate with him. Instead, he chose to forge his own way, diving straight into the hands-on worlds of plumbing and security work after high school.
These early experiences shaped his work ethic and taught him valuable skills, but Victor couldn’t ignore the feeling that his efforts weren’t yielding the rewards he envisioned. He craved an opportunity where hard work and dedication would translate into tangible results, both for himself and those around him.
That pivotal moment came when Victor discovered Storm that the core principals we operate under perfectly aligned with his aspirations. What began as a new opportunity quickly transformed into his passion and purpose—a platform to create lasting impact and inspire others.
Today, Victor is not just a professional but a servant leader committed to continuous self-improvement. His philosophy is simple: get 1% better every day.
